The heating system is equipped with high-density graphite elements capable of achieving temperatures up to 2000°C, complemented by a three-phase AC operation at 415V for rapid heating rates from 1 to 20°C per minute. A microprocessor‐based PID programmer provides precise temperature control, allowing for accurate and consistent thermal conditions.

The furnace's versatility is further augmented by a comprehensive pressure system, including a 10‐ton hydraulic press, making it ideal for diffusion bonding and compaction applications. The integrated vacuum and atmosphere control systems, featuring a reputed diffusion and roots cum double stage rotary vacuum pump, enable meticulous management of the internal environment. 3. 10-ton hydraulic press with 100 mm piston stroke, digital pressure gauge with ±10 kgs accuracy.
4. TAIE PID (144 segments) temperature controller, ±1°C accuracy, phase angle controlled thyristor drive.
5. Diffusion and Roots cum Double stage rotary vacuum pump, minimum vacuum of 10‐? mbar, compatible with N2, Ar, Air.
6. 4-ton chiller with 300 liters tank, 100 liters/min circulation, temperature range 5-10°C, Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI), variable frequency drive.
