Key Features:
Robust Construction: The kiln features a sturdy steel structure that encloses low-density refractory bricks and preformed ceramic fiber sheets, ensuring excellent thermal insulation and resistance to high temperatures and thermal shock.
Multi‐Zone Design: Comprising entrance and smoke evacuation zones, preheating, firing, and cooling zones, the kiln is equipped for comprehensive processing stages. Material Transport System: Ceramic rollers driven by a pinion-chain system with variable speed ensure efficient and reliable tile transport through the kiln. The system allows for quick roller exchange, minimizing downtime.
Advanced Combustion System: Equipped with Kanthal electrical heating elements in spiral form, supported by ceramic tubes, the kiln can achieve temperatures up to 1,330°C. The elements are easily replaceable, ensuring minimal maintenance disruption.
Precise Control System: Each heating zone is regulated by a self-regulating potentiometric pyrometer, ensuring precise temperature control. The upper and lower parts of the firing zone can be controlled separately for added precision.
User-Friendly Control Panel: The steel-encased control panel includes all necessary equipment for kiln operation, such as main switches, motor safety switches, fuses, on/off push buttons, signal lights, and electrical circuits. It also features pyrometers for each controlled zone and optional PC control.

Roller Diameter: 20 mm, with a step of 44.7 mm.
Temperature Control: 3 digital temperature indicators/adjusters, 1 digital indicator for the cooling zone.
Roller Material: Ceramic rollers in preheating and firing zones, steel rollers in other positions. Front roller in steel for material loading and collection.
Power Supply: 400 V three‐phase + N, 50 Hz.
Heating Power: Supports high‐temperature operations up to 1330°C.
Temperature Control Accuracy: High precision with potentiometric pyrometers.
