Robust Construction: Built from sturdy M. S. materials and reinforced with stiffeners, coated in durable powder paint for longevity. The main chamber is made with well-polished Stainless Steel (304), featuring a choke door with an ' O' ring seal for optimal sealing.
Furnace Panel Box with Stand: Equipped with a control panel box coupled with the furnace and a bottom stand providing a total height of 1 meter.
Insulation: Utilizes zirconia vacuum-formed board from Zircar, USA, with a 25 mm thickness inner lining of SALI Board and an outermost lining of alumina board for superior thermal insulation.
Heating System: Employs multiple magnetrons operating at 2.45GHz, with a total power output of 4.4 kW. The system uses forced air cooling for the water cooled magnetrons and supports continuous operation up to 5 hours.
Susceptor: Features modified SiC susceptors with high-temperature materials suitable for heating samples up to 1600°C, with four sets of susceptors included.
Control System: Incorporates an Eurotherm PID (Model 2416) 16-segment programmer cum Digital Temperature Indicator and non-contact infrared sensor (Raytech USA or eqv) for precise temperature control and accuracy.
Water chiller: 50-liter water chiller available.
Safety Features: Includes mains on and output on control switches, input and output fuses for enhanced safety during operation.
