Creep in Compression

VBCC's CREEP IN COMPRESSION (1600° C) ISO 3187

Introducing the cutting-edge Creep in compression 1600°C instrument for refractories, meticulously developed to meet the rigorous standards outlined in ISO 3187. Creep in compression 1600°C is the most important thermo physical property for ceramic materials especially for refractories which are used at high temperature. The LVDT metho (ISO 3187standard) is an absolute method of direct determination of the Creep in compression 1600°C of refractory materials used in high temperatures.

VBCC's Creep in compression 1600°C of refractories tested from ambient room temperature (RT) to an impressive 1600°C, this system is a reliable choice for various applications. It includes 40mm cylindrical standard-sized brick sample for testing and evaluation purposes. Using the LVDT Technique in compliance with ISO 3187standards, our system ensures precise temperature readings with a remarkable 1°C accuracy at the dwell temperature. Its versatility shines through as it's suitable for a broad spectrum of refractories, making it an ideal choice for a range of industries. Designed with excellence in mind, it offers an indigenous solution for a trouble-free user experience. Equipped with an indigenous VBCC-Made Phase-Control Thyristor Controller, it enhances control and performance. The system features an imported LVDT from Mesotron, Germany for consistent and reliable operation with .0001mm accuracy. For advanced temperature control, it utilizes a state-of-the-art TAIE Programmable PID Digital Temperature Indicator and Controller (8X18=144 segments), ensuring precise and efficient temperature management. Choose our system for reliable, precise, and versatile temperature control solutions.
