AL-MG STIR CASTING

The VBCC Stir Casting Furnace is a fully integrated high-temperature metal melting and composite material processing system designed for aluminium, magnesium, and non-ferrous alloy casting applications. The system combines precision temperature control, automated melt discharge, controlled stirring, and advanced insulation technology to produce homogeneous molten metal and metal matrix composites with superior metallurgical properties.

Designed for industrial production, research laboratories, foundries, academic institutions, and advanced materials development centers, the furnace enables controlled alloy preparation, reinforcement dispersion, composite fabrication, and high-quality casting operations. The system incorporates an Inconel crucible, high-speed zirconia-coated stirrer, automatic tilting and discharge mechanisms, programmable temperature control, and thyristor-based power regulation for reliable and repeatable casting performance.

Available in Aluminium Stir Casting and Magnesium Stir Casting configurations, the furnace provides safe operation, excellent temperature uniformity, low heat loss, and efficient melt handling for demanding metallurgical applications.
