MULTIDECK ROLLER JAR MILL

The VBCC Pot Jar Mill is a heavy-duty roller-type grinding and mixing system designed for wet and dry milling of ceramic powders, minerals, chemicals, pigments, refractory materials, battery materials, and advanced functional powders. The system incorporates a two-tier arrangement capable of simultaneously operating eight grinding jars, ensuring high productivity and contamination-free processing.

The mill features polyurethane-coated rollers, variable speed drive, PLC-HMI automation, programmable forward/reverse operation, revolution monitoring, and an automatic pneumatic jar lifting mechanism for effortless handling of heavy jars. Designed for continuous long-duration operation, the system offers excellent grinding efficiency, process repeatability, and operator convenience for laboratory, pilot plant, and industrial applications.
