PELLET PRESS - 10 TONNE

The VBCC Hot Press is a compact table-top hydraulic pressing system designed for powder compaction, ceramic sample preparation, composite material processing, and laboratory-scale hot pressing applications. The system combines a 10-ton manual hydraulic press with electrically heated platens, enabling simultaneous application of pressure and temperature for producing dense and uniform specimens.

The heated platens utilize cartridge heaters with precise PID temperature control up to 200°C, making the system suitable for powder metallurgy, polymer composites, ceramic processing, binder-assisted compaction, and research applications. The robust 2-pillar frame construction ensures stable operation and consistent pressing performance.
