SPRAY PYROLYSIS

The VBCC Automatic Spray Pyrolysis System is a fully integrated thin-film deposition and coating platform designed for research laboratories, universities, advanced materials development centers, photovoltaic research, nanotechnology applications, and industrial coating processes. The system enables precise deposition of thin films and nanostructured coatings through controlled atomization and thermal decomposition of precursor solutions on heated substrates.

The equipment combines a high-temperature deposition chamber, programmable substrate heating system, precision spray delivery unit, automated X-Y-Z spray gun traversing mechanism, air compressor assembly, and PLC-based automation for accurate process control and repeatable coating performance.

Designed for uniform film formation and reproducible deposition characteristics, the system provides excellent control over substrate temperature, spray rate, nozzle movement, carrier gas flow, and deposition cycles. The integrated HMI-based automation allows users to create, store, and execute process recipes, making the system suitable for advanced thin-film research and pilot-scale coating development.
