COMPRESSION MOULDING MACHINE

The VBCC Hot Hydraulic Press is a fully automated four-pillar up-stroking hydraulic laboratory press designed for hot compression molding, polymer processing, composite fabrication, rubber curing, laminate manufacturing, ceramic processing, and advanced materials research. The system combines high-pressure hydraulic pressing with electrically heated platens, enabling simultaneous application of temperature and pressure for precision sample preparation and production applications.

Equipped with PLC-based automation, touchscreen HMI operation, programmable pressure cycles, PID temperature control, and cartridge-heated platens, the press delivers excellent process repeatability, accurate temperature regulation, and fully automated curing cycles. The machine supports both manual and automatic operation modes, making it suitable for laboratory, pilot-scale, and industrial R&D environments.
