PLANETARY BALL MILL

The VBCC High Energy Planetary Ball Mill is a high-performance grinding and mixing system designed for rapid pulverization, homogenization, alloying, and nanomaterial synthesis. The system operates on the planetary rotation principle, where the grinding jar rotates on its own axis while simultaneously revolving around a central sun wheel. This dual rotational motion generates intense centrifugal and Coriolis forces, resulting in high-energy impacts between the grinding media and the sample.

Designed for laboratory research, advanced materials development, nanotechnology, mechanochemistry, and powder processing applications, the mill can efficiently process soft, hard, brittle, fibrous, and composite materials in both dry and wet grinding modes.
