COLD CRUSHING STRENGTH (CCS) – ASTM C133

The VBCC Cold Crushing Strength (CCS) Testing Machine is a fully automated hydraulic compression testing system designed for determining the compressive strength of refractory bricks, castables, ceramics, concrete specimens, and other construction materials at room temperature. The system accurately measures the maximum load sustained by a specimen before failure and automatically calculates the Cold Crushing Strength (CCS) value.

The equipment incorporates a heavy-duty hydraulic loading system, PLC-based automation, touchscreen HMI interface, precision pressure sensing, and advanced CCS calculation software. Designed for quality control laboratories, refractory manufacturers, research institutions, and industrial testing facilities, the system delivers reliable, repeatable, and standards-compliant compressive strength measurements.
