CREEP IN COMPRESSION – ASTM C832

The VBCC Refractory Creep Test System is a fully automated high-temperature testing system designed for determining the creep behavior and deformation characteristics of refractory materials under sustained compressive load at elevated temperatures. The system evaluates the long-term dimensional stability and load-bearing capability of refractory products under actual service conditions.

The equipment incorporates a high-temperature MoSi? heated furnace, precision loading mechanism, high-resolution LVDT displacement measurement system, and LabVIEW-based automation software. Designed for refractory manufacturers, research laboratories, steel plants, cement industries, ceramic industries, and academic institutions, the system provides accurate measurement of creep deformation, creep rate, and permanent dimensional changes during prolonged high-temperature exposure.
