DRYING OVEN

The Hot Air Oven is a precision-engineered heating system designed for uniform drying, curing, preheating, and low-temperature heat treatment applications. The oven is capable of operating up to 300°C and features a stainless steel inner chamber for excellent corrosion resistance and long service life. A forced air circulation system with an Inconel impeller-driven fan ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the working chamber. Low thermal mass ceramic fiber insulation minimizes heat loss and improves energy efficiency. The TAIE PID programmable controller provides accurate temperature control and process repeatability. SCR-based power control enables smooth heating and stable temperature regulation. Stainless steel trays facilitate efficient loading and handling of materials. The rugged outer structure is designed for continuous industrial operation. The system can be customized with automation, monitoring, and chamber size options to meet specific process requirements. It is suitable for laboratories, research institutions, and industrial production facilities.
