ROTARY TUBULAR FURNACE

The VBCC High Temperature Tubular Furnace is a versatile research-grade thermal processing system designed for operation under vacuum, inert gas, reducing atmospheres, and controlled gas environments up to 1600°C continuous temperature. The system features a high-purity recrystallized alumina working tube, MoSi? heating elements, water-cooled vacuum flanges, programmable temperature control, and an integrated high-vacuum pumping system.

Designed for advanced ceramic processing, powder metallurgy, catalyst development, semiconductor research, heat treatment, and material synthesis, the furnace provides exceptional temperature uniformity, atmosphere control, and vacuum integrity. The robust construction combined with precision control makes it suitable for both laboratory and pilot-scale research applications.
