MICROWAVE FURNACE

The VBCC Microwave Furnace is an advanced thermal processing system designed for rapid and energy-efficient heating of materials using microwave energy at 2.45 GHz. Capable of reaching temperatures up to 1600°C, the system enables volumetric heating, significantly reducing processing time while improving material uniformity and reaction efficiency. Equipped with a water-cooled magnetron system, IR-based non-contact temperature sensing, and high-performance insulation, the furnace is ideal for advanced ceramic processing, functional material synthesis, and high-temperature research applications.
