  • Specification
    The new High Temperature Hybrid Microwave Furnace has been developed by VBCC to cater the needs of research and development and quality control laboratories. This new model furnace has been constructed, in such a way to serve the customer, longer period without any problem and targeted as imported ones. This furnace is equipped with newly designed electronics like our own brand thyrister and built with latest insulation available to yield excellent performance at an economic price.
                   Microwave heating systems use electromagnetic radiation in the Microwave band (2.45 GHz) to excite outer shell molecules in the materials and generate the heat volumetrically. Microwave process applications typically have high efficiency, high energy densities, reasonably good control, Rapid heating, Energy savings. However, we can get uniform heating of materials in microwave systems. Microwaves are generated by various means but Magnetron is the simplest and most economic device used for the purpose. Here microwave is generated by the magnetrons. Magnetron generates microwaves when a high voltage (Several kilovolts) is applied between the anode and the cathode, in the presence of magnetic field.
